Tuesdays Challenge

Hi to all my crafty friends,
Can you believe its already Tuesday again? This week flew by so fast. I have some awesome fun news as well as some super sad news:( This weekend started out awesome with a whole sat. afternoon at the SU Woo Hoo Stampers event. My sister and I who is also a demo for su spent the day meeting new crafting friends and seeing what creative inspirations su demos are to one another. We created lots of make 'n' takes (which i will post later) had a yummy lunch and just an overall awesome day. The little things like that make me so happy to be a demo for such a great company:)
 Now on to my very sad news that very same night my beloved great uncle passed away after a very long battle with cancer. He will forever be loved and missed. This news wasn't sudden we knew it was just a matter of time however such a loss can never be accepted without great heartache. we love you uncle roger may your after life be forever joyful:)

Mommy & Me

Hi to my crafty friends,
Today I would like to share some picture from my mommy & me workshop I had on Sat. This was the first time I held a workshop with kids and boy was it an experience, lol! I used all stampin' Up! to show kids as well as their moms how easy and simple it is to use their products. Our first project was made with the mixed bunch stamp set along with the blossom punch.It was a lot of fun kids enjoyed using the stamps as well as the punches.The next project was a cute little basket using the fancy favor die, along with the fancy flower punch and of course the BIG SHOT.. The kids loved using this.
Our last project was I think the most fun for the kids. We used our occasions cookie press to put in our baskets for a special little treat.. Here are a few pictures hope you enjoy, Happy crafting, Nikki
